Terms and Conditions

  1. Refer an individual for a role via our online referral form and if they are successful in completing 12 weeks work, you will qualify for the £50 referral bonus
  2. The referred candidate must work at least 12 weeks, with 5 shifts worked in a week, in a period no longer than 6 months. These shift must be completed within 3 months of the referral form being submitted to qualify for the reward.
  3. There is no limit on the number of referrals you can make.
  4. Only one referral bonus will be paid for each new candidate. If more than one CDL employee refers the same candidate, the referral bonus will be paid to the first employee that submitted the referred candidates’ details.
  5. You must be an active employee of CDL to be eligible for the reward.
  6. Referral rewards must be paid through normal payment mechanisms.
  7. We can only accept referrals for those who are already eligible to work in the UK.
  8. You will not be eligible for the reward if the referred candidate has been registered with/worked for CDL in the previous 12 months
  9. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
  10. The decision of Customer Dedicated Logistics is final in an event of any dispute.
