Job description:
Forklift Drivers required for our client based on the outskirts of Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast paced, established company in their facility in Yate.
This is an ongoing role, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right following a successful probation period.
Hours and Shift pattern:
3 days on, 3 days off, rotating shifts
Days: 07:00 – 19:00
Nights: 19:00 – 07:00
Job requirements:
~ Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
~ Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
~ Ability to work on a rotating day/night shift
~ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standard working
Additional information:
Key Responsibilities include:
~ Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
~ Supporting with general warehouse duties as required
~ Transferring pallets to a consolidation area to for loading a despatch
~ Following company Health & Safety procedures at all times
Our client is looking for candidates that are confident with loading, unloading, manoeuvring pallets and can work to time scales when needed. Candidates must be able to work using their own initiative.
